Filling meals always seem tricky to me, healthy or otherwise, so I’m always on the lookout for more things to try.

I only use the cauliflower and olive oil and it tastes great. I also evolved to roasting other vegetables at the same time, most often carrots and broccoli but any vegetable can be roasted… I think.
