Mine is Local Send which is a FOSS alternative similar to air drop that works across a variety of devices.

I’ve seen that on one windows machine with a weird network sharing issue.
I had to once refresh like three times. But it works for me from fedora laptop to android or iPhone and vice versa. Its great app!
