Super Mario Bros. on NES
Same! The Mario and Duckhunt combo.
That’s the one we had! I still have that zapper somewhere…
Same here!
Xmas ‘85 was magical!
Same, but on Gameboy Colour
Pong.
Dangerous Dave on DOS, must have been in the early 90ies somewhere. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dangerous_Dave
Combat on Atari 2600.
Same here. Either that or Missile Command, I got both at the same time and I just don’t exactly remember for sure.
Missile command really needs the trackball…
Maga Man X on the SNES. I still vividly remember the first time I ever beat a boss in it, too. I remember running out of my room to look down the loft to the living room area and screamed to my mom that I finally beat Chill Penguin. She wasn’t impressed. I immediately went back to my room and beat another boss. Then another. After probably a couple of years of just dying over and over, something clicked that day, and I was able to beat all the bosses. And I have been hooked on gaming ever since.

It was called Icicle Works and it was a cassette that was bundled free with a Commodore+4
Loved that game, can’t find any record of it anywhere though
Edit - oh my god, the memories! https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=rCSgR3ovGcU
BEAST, released in 1984, I must have played it in '88 I think. Was 4 at the time.
It was either Putt Putt Goes to the Moon, Let’s Explore the Airport, or Pajama Sam
Ape Scape 2 on a PS1
Combat (1977) for the Atari 2600. Tbf it was some time in the early eighties, not straight after release when “that kid on the road that had everything” finally also got a console.
Heroes of Might and Magic V. I was like 5 or 6 y.o. and I played it on the uncle’s old laptop. After 1 hour working in the garden, he gave us a 1 hour to play with my big brother. I loved just making a huge army by skipping a move lol. It was such a good time)
I think it was Track and Field, then I think my brother didn’t like the Commodore and they exchanged that for an NES (I don’t know about the transaction, I was very young). Most of my earliest gaming memories are of SMB1.
I was around 3 or so, at the time.
First I ever played was OG Metroid. First I owned was Oracle of Seasons.
My Dad had an Amstrad that you had to lift the cover up and put your hand on the 3.5 floppy dribe to make it work. We had a game called ‘Magic Carpet’ or something. Later we got a Windows 3.5 computer back when it booted to DODS amd you ran Windows from a command. I remember playing Prince of Persia and a game called ‘Cosmos Comic Adventures’
