For my age (late twenties) I wouldn’t say they are great achievements, but as a person which struggles a little bit in social settings I still feel proud.
When things are in motion it gets easier, other than that for me it is constantly trying to get out of my comfort zone.
Personally I use Medito on Android. It has “courses” explaining different mediation techniques, but also a “daily” mode which allows you to set for how long do you want to meditate and with which voice guide. I think it also has a bunch of tracks for specific mediation techniques.
