Better than ever. But I hate my job with a deep and burning passion, and I’m pretty deeply burnt out. So I’m not sure what to do. I’m worried that I won’t be able to find anything that pays as well.

“when”? Lmfao it’s a big fat “IF” for those of us 30 and under, buddy.
It’s a track by RJD2 called A Beautiful Mine. It wasn’t written for the show, so I don’t think it really specifically represents anything about the show. I’m sure you could draw conclusions about what it could represent, but there’s no real correct answer to this question.
They probably have good discovery and trending post mechanisms. Mastodon makes it a point not to have one, which results in a wholly uninteresting feed for the average user. I’m only on mastodon, but I very rarely use it, because it mostly sucks unless you spend several, several hours trying to track down fun accounts to follow yourself.
Who said progressives? I said hexbear.net, huge difference
Interesting, maybe I’ll make the switch. I’m on sync for now, and it’s in-app blocking features leave a lot to be desired
I hear that India is fun for parties and weddings, but also that it’s extremely dirty and a dangerous place to visit. I’m a man, but I especially wouldn’t want to be a white woman visiting, I’ve seen videos of how they’ll stare with no regard for how she feels - Indian men have a very poor reputation when it comes to how they act towards European/US women.
A normal person lmao
Probably not lol. Seems to me more along the lines of those folks copy/pasting the whole “I hereby claim that nothing on my Facebook can be used without my permission” on Facebook.
Oh is that very recent? I think I’ve been using the instance block feature that my app has. Which blocks me from seeing any of their posts, but I still see them show up in comment threads. I’ll look into this later, would love to be rid of them entirely
Lol yeah, I have to block individual hexbear users whenever I find a thread where the instance hasn’t defederated from them yet. I’d love to be able to block all hexbear and lemmy.ml users
Go on mastodon and click on public, it’s 80% spam and ads
What’s with the unhinged edits
Y’know sunsets? It’s like that but on the other side of the sky
Politics baby
Boooo. Getting to listen to the theme is a big part of the show for me lol. I sacrificed a lot of quality just to have the theme. Pretty sure the version on my Plex is only 480p.
They’ve since lost the rights to Teardrop so all the newer copies have that crappy theme. I had to do a lot of digging to find a version of the series with Teardrop.
Lol yup. It’s real sketch over there.
I mean a long time ago, like 15 years ago, before I really found reddit, I went on there pretty often.
I’m always on All, I just block communities that I don’t like. Since the site is small, I get more content this way.
