OK miss/calc/shark key has it but mastodon is pretty rough, and lemmy isn’t that nice. Yes I know for Lemmy Alexandrite is neater than the official app, but it’s already some power user level, same for instances having the photon and old front-end.Yeah, I guess I could see how the UI / UX could be a problem for some people. I’m sure it’s something that they will improve on overtime.
For a Lemmy Alternative, there’s Kbin what’s pretty visually pleasing but can be complex compared to Lemmy to learn.
