  • And thats why I’m not worried about them doing anything other than what they’re already doing. They know they would be fucked if they leave.

And if they do? Well then we deal with it when that time comes. Hopefully a bunch of left leaning people leave, including my brother and his wife, and a bunch of MAGAts can go there and talk about how much they love America while also leaving it.

  • Ehhhh I can see it. It’s usually out in nature where people might want to just see nature… but I also usually see it in places where people aren’t going sight seeing as much. It’s fields. Which are nice. Those are nice to see. But it’s not the thing people are seeing in the towns as much. But if they were, I don’t see how it could really ruin the view of a neighborhood.

If it was something like in campgrounds, going out to the lake and it’s just right there in front of the view of the mountains, right off to the side of hiking trails, I would hate it. But over all I don’t see it as that huge of a deal. They tend to find the best places for it with causing the least amount of trouble for others.

  • I think it’s like a lot of things in life. Especially when capitalism is concerned.

There’s a seedy, underground section of it. Women get trafficked and forced to make videos. It’s disgusting and something I don’t ever see going away. If it’s not porn, it’s prostitution. Sex trafficking makes a ton of money, and a lot of rich people are sociopaths.

However, outside of that, it’s fine. Watch it in moderation. We’re human. Most of us like sex. We like watching other people have sex.

  • I also jump around with this. Like I would definitely read more. But there’s a part of me that would love to write books. But also male music. But also paint. Basically I would do something in the realm of art.

I wouldn’t mind having a part time job doing something physical. Like I used to work at a warehouse for a medical supplies company. It was probably one of my favorite jobs. I could see myself doing that again. Gives me a reason to get out of the house, be active, and people will always need the supplies. Ironically I lost the job because we got bought out by one of the world’s largest corporations so they could make even more money, and they closed us down. So I lost that job because of capitalism.

  • One of my old roommates did it. I work in patient transportation at the hospital, and two of my coworkers did it. All of them have talked about terrible the job was. And not even because of the things people think would be terrible. Like bed pans aren’t fun. But its part of the job.

But they’re understaffed, the managers suck because they’re all only interested in money, so they get mentally abused by the higher ups, they have to work over time to get things done so people don’t die but then get yelled at for working over time, etc. And all you said, it’s for shit pay. I don’t blame anyone for leaving those jobs. And it’s sad, because ultimately it’s the elderly who suffer from all of this.

  • That was one direction I considered going. On one hand, i have pretty much pretty much everything up to the PS2 and GameCube that can run on my phone, but it would be awesome to have the option for some PS3 games. However, it is a bit of a mixed bag. Some games it can handle perfectly fine. Some of them I would absolutely love to have mobile. But there’s also a few others that it’s not quite there for. I want to say someone tried on the ROG Ally, and it did test a little bit better, so that would be an option as well.

But I also just don’t know how often I would use it. Like I got a Switch when it came out, and I feel like I mostly use it docked at home. It’s big, it’s awkward trying to get it out of its case and get comfortable while on the bus. On the other hand it’s a lot easier to just have a smaller controller I can slap on my phone.

But I haven’t written it off yet. Because like I said, some games would be awesome to have. And a lot of the ports I would like to take with my that they put on the Switch tend to be downgraded visually, so it would look better on a portable PC instead.

  • That was probably a good idea. I made it about 30 minutes in. The movie kept moving further and further away from the books. And it was in the weirdest ways. I’m not sure what all it showed in the first 5 minutes, but Randal suddenly has a group of people to help him, and they’re using sifi technology with computers to open portals instead of the doors. I get things will always change from book to movie. I go in expecting it. And usually it’s not a huge deal. But I just don’t get the decisions they decided to make.

  • A mini pc for emulation. I’ve been following the emulation scene for years, particularly for Android over the last 5-6 years. I ride the bus to and from work, so it’s always been nice to have them. For home, I have a Rasobery Pi 3B. It’s nice. But it is a little outdated, and would like a boost in power. Thought about getting the RP5 if it ever comes out.

However, some companies are now starting to really go all in on mini PCs. For more modern PC gaming, it’s not gonna get you the greatest experience. And I have a gaming PC right now. But I find that I prefer to run my emulators sitting on the couch. And now a lot of these minis are able to emulate up to PS3 and 360. Or at least as well as the emulators can work. However, for a model running the specs I want, I’m currently looking at anywhere from $700-900. So it might be a bit longer till I can afford one. Maybe with tax money if nothing else comes up.
