In Rimworld you can click on a pawn and see all of its health stats, stuff like heart blockages, leg and arm injuries, immunity progress of diseases and other things like that. It would make things so much easier. I’d look at my health panel and see “Common Cold (87% immunity)”

There’s probably automated checks for certain words that a person might have to look at but it’s likely all automated.

Mine is the sfx that ED-E (from fallout new vegas) plays when it detects hostile NPCs.

There needs to be a way to tag posts, similar to Reddit’s flair system but with multiple flairs.

Also related to the aforementioned, a working search by flair system. Searching posts on a subreddit by flair never worked for me.

We should have asked for a different room but the thermostat wasn’t working right so all night the room was something like 27 or 28C. We opened the window only to discover our room was above the entrance to the hotel. We didn’t sleep well that night.
