I’m 33. I just got out of a marriage. I felt like I had absolutely no control of anything and I wound up being a shadow to my now ex-husband. I forgot who I was and was just going through the motions. It’s been a real hard fight moving out of his shadow, but he is still my friend. I just don’t feel the same about him as I did when we got together. That feeling of being trapped is just not worth it. I don’t intend to marry again.

Why would it be immoral? Some people aren’t actually going to divorce because it’s a major pain. I’m separated myself. My soon to be ex-husband has already found a girlfriend and I have no issue with it other than a bit of jealousy that he found love again that quickly while I have nothing. It really just depends on your morals I guess, but in my opinion, there’s nothing wrong with it.

Not all furries believe themselves to be or want to be animals. It’s a simple interest in anthropomorphic animal art. You’re thinking of therians.

So you wanna be blindsided by war then? I’m not saying that it’ll happen, but ignoring the politics of neighboring countries is ignorant. You don’t have to follow everything all the time, but being aware of politics around you is still healthy. If you need an example, gaza vs israel and ukraine vs russia. The US is in turmoil and that affects other countries as much as the US.

Have fun being blindsided by not having rights anymore. I used to be like you. I’m glad I’m not like that anymore.

I may be 32, but I can throw in my own thoughts here. Stop paying attention to “societal norms”. Societal norms are just there to control people. Do what you love. Watch cartoons and listen to whatever music you want to. You don’t have to be an adult at all times. Take a break once in a while.

They can’t be nosey if they can’t understand you.
