Honestly I don’t know, I give up on life time ago, then this last year I start “living” again by having a daily activies and job. But I deal with this like someone dead inside, I don’t feel any joy. I am not even looking for a goal. I see nothing in other people, I interact with then know that i get forget as soon the day end. I am just too scared to kill myself.

Still everything is now ashes, dust in the wind, nothing. All this fun hobbies are now only a meanless memory, I didn’t have nothing back, all the fun you say is become, for me, hate. Hate to have wasted my time laughing like a fool behind videogames, books, even sports, telling myself that was okay, creating a big lie that hobby was something important, just to see it ending without any result. So that’s the point, limited time sure it’s everything, but meaning is also everything in this life.
I didn’t find any good enough hobby in this 35 years of life that didn’t fade after some time. At moment I’m very empty inside, I spend half day sleeping and other half working, everything looks expansive to do, I give up on everything, I’m keeping myself alive because I’m just scared of the pain and I can’t imagine stop existing.
@banana_meccanica@feddit.itto Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•Do you think the Internet and websites with 'voting' systems encourage hivemind thinking and discourage any debate or discourse? Solutions?1•2YI think that human nature is not meant to be universally shared in all its communities and that indeed there will always be the desire to have divisions, this to bind more with single individuals who become then family or friends. Being friends of all, but also only friendly, is a counter-evolutionary fantasy. The Internet is inadequate for long-range relationships, this is evident to all those who frequent large virtual communities. I sugget (even to myself) to press x more often.
I was more curious at beginning, then I become addicted to MMOs so gaming become focused, while playing casual other games as break from MMOs. Fortunately I defeat my addiction but now I lost interest in gaming, I see many titles but I don’t see any point to play. I remember playing for sharing fun was my deal, PlayStation one with friends then MMOs with guilds and virtual friends. But addiction kicks hard with the needs to grind and grind, to like give at this friends a golden guild-hall, but at what cost? Real life where anything as grow, only misery.
I’m not assuming, she showed up saying she had an intellectual decifict, a certified disability. I am a volunteer and I can recognize people with a disability, it is not the fantasy or stereotype any, this person lives in a reality of disability. Is that clear? is it possible that it is not clear and should be an impression? We talk everyday, the disabled exist, are certified and recognize. I like her, she’s sweet and pretty, not quiet, not anxiety, as a friend she’s perfect, her intellectual disability is not relevant, but in an intimate relationship I think there are other considerations, so the question.

@banana_meccanica@feddit.itto Ask Lemmy@lemmy.world•Will human societies always enshittify themselves?3•2YNo we won’t because soon resources will ends and the basic, like food, is already poisoned. We burned the candle very fast in this last hundred years, not very much progress that entertanament, we should have moon colonies at this point but we aren’t even closer to the idea. I think human race will ends in next 200 years.
- Same as you, plus inquinate the planet.
- Will be great not going sleep alone, but actually as number 1 I think about how much costs to maintain a family or even a wife.
- Love is easy, but relations need more that this to go on.
- I don’t believe in happiness.
- Job is need it for number 1 and 2, that’s all, I don’t believe in someone who works without this priorities.
@banana_meccanica@feddit.itto Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•How do you stop yourself from participating so much in a conversation while still caring about the topic?-1•2YThat’s your experience. My experience is completely opposite. I’ve always been sure of myself, brave in exposing me, as the author of the topic says. The physical aspect is my handicap, confirmed by my experiences, being obese repels most people, so much as being physically weak, having the crooked teeth, hair or untreated beard. Going beyond the physical aspect is a good thought, but you don’t find it in more than 1 out of 10,000, maybe even 100,000 people.
I do, but I don’t think so.
