Reduces their desirability. People buy shit cars like that for status symbol. If people can turn buying and owning Tesla cars into something that reduces your social status people will be deterred from buying it, reducing sales, therefore tanking Tesla shares.

It’s like a bouncing ball, social media starts small, and then it became bigger. It’s trending on becoming small again. In the future (barring civilization ending war/calamity) it’ll become big again due to some technological progress or shift in society.

I’m not the kind of person who rewatches or rereads stuff. The only thing that I can rewatch endlessly is Pacific Rim. That movie is perfection for me. I even went to watch it on IMAX 3 times.

I pretty much accidentally watched Evangelion as a kid thumbing on a TV set. It has definitely shaped my type for women for years to come.

And I’ve also read somewhere that pediatricians who says it can also destroy you mentally when seeing parents who doesn’t really care about their children wellbeing.

Ahh, Elite: Dangerous. My pandemic times game. Played that shit almost religiously until Odyssey came out and tanked performance and burned me out of the game. Did manage to go into Sag A* before I stopped playing.

It’s better for discovery, just casually browse and just block the communities that you don’t like. Much better for discovery.

I think it’s better to use the last ten years to indicate the period. People interpreting it as the 2010-2020 period is a reasonable assumption.

They even ignored Brandon Sanderson who offered free advice on how to write the story FFS. Even the show runner had the gall to say he’s a fanboy of the series.

I’d say it’s a bad adaptation of the book. But as a sci-fi series, it’s quite good. I rate it at least 7 out of 10. Although I haven’t watched the second season because I’m waiting for it to be finished so I can binge it if I wanted to.
