And yes you have to spend it all
Edit: There are a lot of little good things in these answers that I often ignore. Thanks everyone.
Buy two and a half carrots. Or maybe a big potato! $15 doesn’t go far these days.
You can buy like 15lbs of potatos or carrots.
Lemmy and literal interpretations. Name a more iconic duo.
Reddit and literal interpretations
Lemmy and snarky references back to Reddit like that ex-girlfriend you’ve “totally moved on from”
Peanut butter and chocolate, i don’t unstand how this is a question, like 30 people know about Lemmy
The best Reese’s are the holiday eggs, trees, pumpkins, etc. They have a better ratio of peanut butter to chocolate than regular peanut butter cups.
Go to the zoo. See some owls.
Go to the country. Eat a lot of peaches.
Millions of peaches?

IDK, probably go to the import store near my house and pick up some white rabbit milk candies to start. Then spend the rest on cheap snacks at the dollar store. However much it left, if it’s just change, probably throw downtown where I live because I can guarantee some homeless drug addict might scramble to pick it up.
Buy an internet ad that tells people the damn dollar sign goes BEFORE the number.
Not in Europe. We put our currency behind the number and our decimal is a “,” instead of a “.”
Instead we divide thousands by empty spaces or “.” (at least in Germany). And then there’s whatever they do in India, where a comma indicates the thousands place, but then they put commas every two numbers…
not always. It’s a combination of 3 spaces for some, and 2 for others.
Interestingly, in europe this seems to vary by country!
I was just thinking that I wasn’t sure which was correct, but it seems both are actually acceptable in Germany although after the number is preferred
Interesting. Didnt know nor expected a whole wikipedia article about that topic alone…
Why is your decimal a comma and the separator a full stop? A comma continues a thought just like it continues a number, and a full stop (period) separates sentences, much like it separates a whole and fractional part of a number. Your system is ass-backwards and you fucking know it. You should be ashamed of it.
Yes, but this is specifically a dollar sign, and in every country that uses dollars, the $ goes before the number.
Not in Canada.
The prices in French have the dollar sign at the end, while in English it’s at the front.
More accurately, in English the currency type precedes the number, regardless of what currency it is.
It is funny to see comments like these trying to find creative ways of being pedantic lol
I’d spend it teaching people how to use a dollar sign
I’d buy you a $15 book on critical thinking, so you could stop and consider that maybe not everyone is a native English speaker, and their syntax may vary.
Otherwise, you’re just making assumptions based on what someone has written. You know, like how many people might assume from your reply that you’re a massive dickhead. Just an assumption of course…
That’s great but it’s still wrong.
Putting it behind the number makes way more sense though, because you don’t read it as “dollar 15”
So I petition to make it okay to write “15$”
Put it towards a stupid sounding investment scheme that will turn those 15 into 5 within the month
I never had the income to do that. It sounds exciting. It’s like gambling except it’s considered classy instead of trashy.

50 loafs of bread
Where the fuck you at $15 gets you fifty whole loaves of bread?
In Romania, a loaf of bread costs 1.5 RON(5 RON=1 USD)
It used to cost 1 RON a couple years ago so i could have bought 75 loaves of bread
Huh, turns out I can never go to Romania. I would eat until I pop.
As is tradition.
Well…fair enough.
Chocolate.
Two plates of rice or noodles with vegetables and salmon. Delicious. Actually, highest ROI that you could possibly hope to achieve in the universe.
